This was the nearest caravan sale centre to us and we were not disappointed. We had a wonderful salesman called Nathan and then a fabulous handover from a great guy called Paul and we drove away so happy! We are delighted with the service we have received at this friendly and professional centre and would not hesitate to recommend to others. It is our very first caravan and everything was explained and we felt very well looked after. Also a mention to Kate who was on meet and greet duties and was so kind when my husband had a bit of a funny turn in the hot sunshine due to his low blood pressure! Thank you Kate. Last Saturday we visited your After Sales Department, in preference to sorting out a problem on the telephone or by e-mail. We were received at Reception by a delightful young lady, Gemma, whom we found to be friendly, pleasant, and who coped admirably with sorting out a complex problem for us with regard to repair and arranging servicing for our caravan, which we purchased new from yourselves last August Gemma could not have been more efficient and, indeed, so was the person at Newton Abbot whom she telephoned obtain information re our caravan, which necessitated her running to another department in order to answer Gemma's query Gemma subsequently arranged to telephone me on the following Monday morning to ascertain the Caravan Key Number, which she did promptly at the arranged time. We cannot praise her enough for her dedication to her job in your Company.

I bought a new Lunar Clubman ES from Highbridge Caravans in June 2017. A few minor issues were fixed by Highbridge quickly and efficiently.
At the second annual service in June 2019 damp was detected, a Warranty claim was submitted to Lunar which was approved and parts were despatched, but never received.
I was very concerned when I discovered Lunar had gone into administration.
Numerous phone calls and emails to Lunar after sales were completely unsatisfactory. No answers at all were received. I phoned after sales at Highbridge and explained my predicament, to my great joy they said straight away that as they sold the caravan they would honour the Warranty.
The van was booked in, all work was completed to a very high standard. I am a very happy customer thoroughly recommend Highbridge as a superb all round Caravan Dealership.
Pass my thanks to Chris who kindly advised me on how to replace my water pump in my camper van last Monday. I was so lucky with all the support (and cuppa) that I received to enable me to have my water working again. Service like this is far and in between these days and I just wish to pass on my thanks. I collected my new Caravan yesterday and I wanted to thank everyone for such an amazing service. Jackie and Tony at handover were fantastic, we felt so confident about the van and how it worked after such a comprehensive run through. The van looked spotless and everything had been prepared for us, they made sure we were hitched up correctly and even stuck on our number plate for us! The sales staff were helpful and completed our paperwork quickly and efficiently, the Awning department and the shop staff also deserve a mention for being helpful and friendly.
